I ordered a brand new wd tv live on Nov 30 but after a lot of calls, they shipped product on Dec 3. Finally I received a recertified product without box. I called them and they promised to send me an email to refund but I did not received anything until now. They are cheat and awful!

I am a customer of "viasat" TV - 85 years old I live in Vijciems, Valka region. There is no info that it is possible to contact them in any way... I have called, the operator makes me do the following manipulations in the decoder... from which I do not understand anything at all. I want the master to agree with me the time when he can come and repair the damage himself, but they promise that there will be, but no message.
