does not pay for insurance

In the event of a road accident, we enter into a contractual agreement in which the other driver agreed to be at fault. An assessor was called and with his help we filled in several documents. It took more than a month but ERGO does not pay us insurance. Dear people, we advise you not to go better with ERGO, in the end you will be to blame! Our car crashed quite a bit, so now we don't know what to do and where to go!
