Poor service

Today, November 16, 2018, I went shopping to b / n "Kures", Unity street `113. I parked the car in the parking lot near the TheMall store. I hadn't been to this store for years and I didn't know; that it has become a paid parking lot. because there was no information at the parking lot where I was parked. At 09:21 I was issued a payment order for 35.00 USD. I am currently shopping at b / n Kures - Check No.00592451 for 26.76 USD, 16.11.2018. 09:27. If I'm also in trouble, would I have to pay 35 dollars for a couple of minutes of standing, or isn't it greasy?
