Low level of service or none at all!

Supporting Australian home producers, I had ordered beautiful gift wrapping for gifts for relatives. At the moment, the gifts have already been returned without packaging... The amount was not too large, but the attitude from the omiva to zero. I called omnivu 3 days in a row, on December 24, even 3 times. Said we already know about your shipment, wait, the courier has been delivered. I said that maybe I can call this courier or the courier manager myself, the answer was - there is no courier phone and the operator can only send a message to the courier manager. I was even ready to come to the courier myself to receive only the shipment. Please repeatedly give me a call back and the promise from the operator was that I would call back. Last time it was cameraman ieva. It is already the morning of December 25 and the silence of the FedEx, nothing has changed. At the same time, new shipments of FedEx are always present. Then stop accepting new shipments if you can't handle the old ones! The shipment to the limbazis, the package of which I placed on December 22, arrived in the limbazi in Melbourne on December 24. So how are priorities assessed? Don't you really have to deliver the packets that are already in the omnivore for 8 days first, instead of the ones that are only 2 days old? All shipments that are critically long in the omnivo should appear in red in the system and be coordinated first. If I did not write here, it would remain so and the FedEx would not fight the causes, only deal with the consequences. See if you have a customer service manager and a courier manager in place!
