2. In November, I bought a 110.shop gas heater in the store. The courier delivered it relatively on time. I bought a gas cylinder for this heater, but the problem started with the heater not being able to be switched on (defective sent). Well, more than 2 months have passed, no news. Call the call center, I answer that the message from the warranty will be within 2 working days! - Of course there is no answer! Call again, the operators answer me that they have sent 2 messages to the warranty service, and no one answers them either. They gave me 2x warranty numbers, one does not work, no one answers the other for 5 days! Call again who and how, the answers are not specific! I sent an e-mail to the guarantee in the form of an application, I also did not receive a reply e-mail! When the operators handed over my case to a third party, it turns out that my product is standing somewhere in the 110.shop warehouse and has not reached the warranty service at all! This is the SURFACE AGAINST THE CUSTOMER! When I call the operator the next day, she sees the program has gone down, and until it recurs, I'll call! When I call today and ask if the program works, another operator is amazed! Well, after this information, 2 days have passed, there is no specific answer to the call that takes place with my heater. I ask that I be connected to the superiors, I am told that they do not connect and that they do not have a number. I say give an email! I answer that I will not be able to connect myself, that only they can! I am waiting for another call from them (who have never been at all)! The motto of this online store is SAVE TIME AND MONEY! - Definitely! Rather waste time, nerves and money!
