No 11/18/2020. Can't see any TV shows
I have been a customer for more than 2 years, until the name changed the first problems appeared where promises are not made from viasat employees, from 18. 11. 2020 channels disappeared which I still do not see, but days go and go and the invoice date with approaching which set I will have a monthly fee indicated as usual without discounts 40. Euro, last contacted 22. 11. 2020 promise to call back 23. 11. 2020, but it also did not call back. Today, 26. 11. 2020, we called and again empty promises, which made me wait again! Because viasat does not provide any assistance in restoring channels. Damage is enough, but you can't wait for a master for a month.
