We ordered $1091 in cell phone parts and others, they sent us useless parts and they didn't send some. They have an Ebay store cellular_castle . We returned part of the items for $648 refund and they don't answer email, they didn't answer paypal complaint and they didn't refund. They are fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....

Viasat or TvplayHome / Poor Service, Scam
I do not recommend anyone to purchase this service. When we bought this service (viasat), we had a TV with a recording function and the service was really good, but when it started to switch to tv play home, then the blue miracles started. The service was not available in the same quality as before. The company explained that the contract did not provide us with these functions. Then the question arises, why were they given to us before? This is misleading the customer. In the period while the law provides for the waiver of the service bz fines, meanwhile everything is ok, but then people start chakra. Although in our case everything was ok for several months. When we started complaining about the quality of service, the service was terrible. It took not only several days but also several weeks to find out something. The behavior is not only rude, but also offensive and, as it turns out, the customer is to blame for everything. After complaints in other institutions, this company became more friendly and started cooperating. But the current promises - a free month, a reduced bill, etc. They can't say anything clearly because they don't know anything themselves. The appendix justifies the quality of service, which is always the fault of the customer in the end.
