Cruise Billing

We had a cruise booked and fully paid for in 2020 which was canceled (booking 660557). A cruise for 2022 was booked (2934237). The base fare of the 2022 cruise is less than that of the 2020 cruise. For the past two months, numerous emails have gone back and forth with a Celebrity Concierge trying to explain... Read more ➤

Treatment of passengers' luggage

10. 12. 2010 we arrived at the Melbourne debut airport from Tenerife. While we waited 15 minutes for the ladder to be placed, we could look at the scene through the window of a plane as one mud brutally tossed our luggage out of the plane. When we got out, there was absolutely no indication where to go - we went where our eyes were showing and where others were going. We came to the conveyor belt, where we had to wait for the luggage and waited 50 (!) Minutes for the luggage to reach the belt. Arriving at the box where the girl was sitting, she explained that four planes had to be unloaded so slowly. Before us stood a bunch of young people, who also left their luggage to us for an hour. At Tenerife airport as soon as we got off the plane - luggage was already waiting for us, here you can see four whole planes to be unloaded, tenerife has to be stacked four every 30 minutes and there doesn’t know why everyone is dealing with everything. Luggage unloaders did not throw suitcases like shit bags in Tenerife either, but neatly packed them in carts. It is logical that after the Melbourne mudak airport, all the creams and other packaging were crushed and spilled all over the suitcase.
