I will start with the fact that I am currently in financial difficulties, so I am a little late in paying the bill to Tele at the beginning of March 2. bill for January, so I remained in debt for February 3 dollars with kopecks. Which does not know why both the paid January invoice and the not yet received March invoice and + 15 dollars Debt collection expenses have been included! I called Creditreform to clarify that my debt is only 3 dollars in kopecks, but... I didn't get anything, the girl convinced me how much damage I caused to Vodafone without paying the bills on time... I want to add that I am a Vodafone customer already for several years and for the first time late payment! Well, what can I say?,, With all due respect,, Vodafone, with such an attitude towards regular customers you will soon lose everything.
