Poor service

9. 99 dollars were paid to see Maira Deer fight and the server was so busy that the live broadcast didn't even load. Calling there, the operator Alice claimed that I had bad internet, but elsewhere I do not know why the live broadcast went and did not slow down. I'm not the only one who faced this problem, judging by other people's comments on facebook.
