Lost shipment sent from Launceston on 08. 12. 2020. Shipping code is cf023900798ee. Recipient's phone No. 29496931. Shipper tel. No. 29586539. The phone number FedEx was called. No one answers. Were written to an email, replies no more than 7 days, although written when replied within two days. I have already written complaints lv. FedEx disclaims when the sender is to blame because it is properly packaged. But the money was paid to both the sender and the service provider FedEx. The package has been taken to the Melbourne terminal and disappeared there.
