Poor service
You don't use Omnivu as a supplier from an online store, the service is terrible! Today I received a text message on my phone that I have received a packet. Going to the parcel terminal and entering the code, I was shown "There is no such consignment. " I decided to go home and complain to FedExi. I wrote in a chat, I called, no one in the chat answered after 4 hours and no one answered after 3 call attempts that lasted 10 minutes each. FedEx completely ignores calls and the chat feature.
