Hello! I had a doctor's appointment with Dr. Alice Klavina at 17:00, when I arrived at 17:05 she had already accepted the patient who had been registered after me. She then took the next patient by appointment. I settled down until 5:40 pm and when she went out refused to accept me as if her working hours were over, even though the "doctor" had to work until 6pm.
