As there was no reason to drag the case along, but the ERGO investigator (despotic) tried to find mystical reasons just to avoid paying the insurance indemnity. In this way my case was delayed for 3, 5 months, I had to write 3 explanations incomprehensible and even write about private credit obligations to the bank, which would not be applicable to the case at all. You can say "dug up" all my files. The feelings were simply humiliating. As a result, when nothing could be found, In order not to pay me compensation, I simply reduced the amount of compensation by almost 50%, saying that this is the average market price for my car. In short - the curtain. I do not recommend insuring your movable and immovable property with ERGO. And the main thing - the attitude itself, not as a loyal customer, but as the worst enemy.
