Cheap prices will not outweigh the nerves spent in the event of a defect. 1) you have to pay in advance, which means that you will not get your money back. If you have paid - you are to blame if you do not like the result, 2) people work there, who obviously do not understand much of the quality of the photo, because it is useless to talk about quality with them, 3) work slowly, 4) do not solve problems at all, see. 1).
