As of 02. 02. 2019, the water riser has been frozen. (Now it is 08. 02. 2019 and the problem was not solved!) In cold weather, our riser periodically freezes and sometimes the pipes burst, it happened on 02. 02. 2019. We call the emergency brigade, where we were "marked". Then we start calling there every day to find out what stage the problem is at. We were told all the time that we would heat the riser as much as we could! We also call on Saturday, but we are surprised by the operator: did you not just thaw the riser? I was in shock! She said: well, 40th and some other apartments are fine (she also immediately noted that we have 9th apartment) BUT IT IS IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUILDING! On Monday, the emergency team announced that the pipes had burst and the sink should not be used! Now it's Wednesday, February 8... the situation is like this: big piles of dirty laundry, an unwashed little baby, all the family members, we eat from plastic dishes because there is no way to wash, and we try not to cook, because they also need water... What can be done to move this problem and not torment every year? We are interested in the insulation of the riser, we were told by the building administration that 50 + 1% of signatures should be collected from the whole house. (Residents do not want to sign up because out of the whole house, ie 80 apartments, there are such problems only 12 apartments, ie problems with two risers in different buildings) we are desperate!
