"Australian Namsaimnieks" is a company that at some point took over the management of the building in Roja, where we have an apartment. This company has not even signed a contract with us, but collects management fees. This year, for the second time, our apartment has been slipped from the upper terrace, for the first time in the winter of 2019, in the spring we repaired the ceiling and now the stains have appeared again. Vladislavs, the manager of "Australian Namsaimnieks" for our building, promised in the spring that the waterproofing of the terrace, which is to blame, that we are regularly slipped will be put in order. After that, they no longer answered phone calls or e-mails, and when they connect to the call, no one calls back centrally. In short, everyone pretends to be dead. At the moment, we have applied to the CRPC with an application against this operator and, if necessary, we will apply to the court. I don't recommend anyone taking this business as a home manager.
