Be careful when choosing a tour operator! We chose Frim Averoja, but it turns out that the trip was organized by the company Ozolciems. We are very dissatisfied with the guide Stefania, her work was very unprofessional and of poor quality. Most of the information was presented in foreign language, although in Averoy it was promised that the guide would be in Australian. As foreign language is not our mother tongue, the information obtained about the sights was unclear. The information provided did not coincide with reality several times. For example prices, she said that a tour of the television tower in Prague cost 50 kroons, but in fact cost 150 kroons, which is 3 times more. And it was in several places. In Prague, the bus was taken to a place where only 20 people could eat from the entire bus, the rest went to the gas station or ate the bread they took with them. There was no local guide in Karlovy Vary, the hotel in Poland was in poor condition - dirty, no running water. It was not possible to talk normally with the guides, we were shouted at, thus humiliating our group in the presence of many people. In the labyrinths of the rock park the tour was not fully provided, it was planned to walk there for 2. 5 hours, but our tour was much shorter and we were taken along forest trails and only a small piece between the cliffs themselves, which is the most interesting of this tour. depends on the guide and we did not succeed with the guide, so the trip was also unsuccessful. We believe that Ozolciems did not provide quality service.
