It was explained that this is because I have given the telephone number in the order instead of the name, although I know clearly that I did not do so and, if I was asked for the name, I did. In addition, it is not clear to me why a executed payment (indicating the order number, etc. ) may not count as executed, due to a mystical mismatch of words. In short, I didn't receive my order while I was waiting and was disappointed that no one even tried to solve the problem.
