Why does caseys have to id someone who is 64 years old for a can of chew I understand doing it if you are unsure of someone’s age but come on we feel like we are being tracked will not be going to caseys any more
you guys charged my card twice for gas i paid for last week. i need this handled asap. this im pretty sure has happened before i just havent caught it until now.
Explained my options in detail. Was very impressed that the phone operator made sure I understood everything and had no issues with answering all of my ongoing questions

Absolutely nothing was done about this situation. Im just going to boycott the company from here on out. User’s recommendation: Don’t even bother wasting your time filing a report. They don’t do anything. Just find another gas station.
