Mislead me. Then said would try to honor the misconception… did not

Very disappointed in sales. Have -text- in phone saying one thing…arrive not true..then said we will do what we can to honor that. Did not do that. Very very upset. Have text messages showing dialog that was not honored at dealership. User’s recommendation: Car town Kia in lex kY can not be trusted.
