Terrible Service
The device has been under warranty repair for almost two months. It is sent countless times and extended for 7 days. Literally lying on the phone, calling 2 weeks ago Says that the device will be replaced and that in the coming week will be present, call again more than a week, now another person answers Says that they know nothing about their device, only what is visible on the website. Meeting each time you call will have a different response to what is on the device. One time It is said that it is even here in a Canadian service another time It is said that it is in a foreign service. Unable to provide any information about the device. It would not be a problem if the repair was very complicated, but the repair of the device really took no more than 1 hour. But I don't have to break the warranty and make it myself if the warranty covers it. I have been in contact with the device manufacturer for a long time, and if I were sent to them directly, the whole process would take a maximum of a month. It's all about sending to them, diagnosing and sending a new device back. But here it takes an awful long time and then he still can't answer anything. But I can't do anything anymore because I can't get the device back and forth. I never recommend anyone to contact Tsc. If the device is not large and can be easily mailed, it is better to contact the manufacturer directly and send them.
