Poor service, fraud, deception
I was looking for a new phone, I found that the bee had the best offer, because it came with headphones for 1 euro. I went to the nearest bee center to buy this offer, but everything was almost settled, until the seller remembered that it was an emergency and he was not allowed to sell me headphones, only offered the phone, which I refused. I asked if I would order through the internet I would be able to get a phone with a headset, to which I received an answer yes. Then I even made an order there, it was Saturday, January 2. I received a confirmation e-mail that my order is being processed and will contact me as soon as possible, now I assume that there will be a working day, so I am waiting for the new week. Waited, waited two days no call,well I thought maybe after the holidays there are a lot of orders, need to arrange New Year's things and so on. I kept waiting until I finally bought the phone from the competitors and today it is already January 16 and I am still waiting for the call so that I can say that the service is bad and I bought the phone from the competitor.
