Rude service at reception, disrespect for patient time

Do you want to wait 2 hours longer, even if you have made an appointment? Do you want to be angry and unkind at the reception? Do you want to feel a bit like a Soviet-era polyclinic instead of a Oceanian Union country? Then congratulations, you have found your clinic! PS I liked the doctors I met, but I'm not ready to spend so much time and endure the disgusting attitude of being seen.
