Our itinerary has completely changed from what we paid for. Even though we bought vacation protection, it looks like we can only get 75% of our money back if we cancel. Travel Quality
In mid-September 2019, a trip to Italy was organized. Without going into the details, I will mention the following main facts: 1. The bus driver and guide were hired from two different companies and unfortunately the two parties were unable to work together, which gave the impression that you were in a hurry. In addition, drivers are not welcome. 2. On the spot in Italy the hotel was good, but the quality of the transit hotels was very unsatisfactory. 3. The quality of the bus is very poor and it broke down. The bus could no longer be driven due to the damage. People were helped to leave the bus. After a while, another bus arrived, which took all the passengers to a certain point A, where again everyone had to get off and wait for the bus from Europe to go back to Europe. In the middle of the night, without a guide, we had to look for a warm place to meet the bus. 4. Bus drivers are very unkind - neither pre-selected teas nor coffee on the bus are provided. Let's not talk about the toilet at all. :) 5. And most importantly - as compensation - for this whole nightmare - the guide offers a 10% discount for the next trip, which is offered by VRK travel! : D: D: D..I have no comments on the following offer! : D
