Carnival should be ASHAMED of the way you are treating loyal customers. Yes, the pandemic has been hard on everyone. We have experienced multiple cancellations, and every time you cancel us, it costs more to book the next one, so the future cruise credit never covers…
We object to Carnival’s current behavior in light of the many cancellations. Every time a cruise has been cancelled, we have been offered significantly less in terms of incentives to take a future cruise credit instead of a refund. It amounts to massive broken promises.
