Cheating

Hello. Last week I did not print the pages (2 colored, on both sides) for which the man asked to pay € 3. 20 but the pages were not of the best quality so today the girl went to print again and paid € 0. 87 (including the pocket where the pages were inserted) a little unfairly that for completely identical pages it differs in price! Maybe because one went during the day and the other in the evening? Will prices change? (I can also send printed pages to compare how the print last week and how today!)
