Poor service

Very bad attitude towards the customer. The order (9127727) had to be delivered on 06. Aug. Not delivered today 17 Aug. Dpd is missing in the warehouse and a search is in progress. No deadline is given, just search and wait. I called the helpline 3 times and each time I promised to call back and settle, but nothing. I am calling today and asking that this post be canceled, I am refused because it is not their fault. Refusal to send a refusal in writing.
