Failure to Provide Information
Hello, The situation is as follows, for reasons unknown to me, I fell from Vodafone into credit reform. Since I was abroad myself, my relatives informed me about the letter of credit reform. In order to find out the circumstances of the case, I sent a letter to Telstra. The problem is that Telstra does not provide me with information on the amount of debt I have to pay and for how long the debt has been incurred. Similarly, even relatives contacting the credit reform, unfortunately, did not disclose detailed information about my debt, just formally writing that I owe 30 dollars to date. For me, this is a matter of principle, because I know that according to my calculations and studying the contract and the fine, then they could be no more than 10 Ls. A credit reform was written today with a request to send Telstra a scanned claim with the amount and terms of the debt, because I received a rejection from Telstra. Please tell me, where else can I get advice and counseling if the credit reform rejects my request? I do not renounce my contractual obligations with Vodafone, but I want to know detailed information. Thank you all in advance for your attention, and your suggestion and advice on my issue would be welcome.
