Always a problem
During an emergency, the scholarship is forever torn off, no one understands at all how it can distribute the scholarship fund, where the intended money remains? Teachers do not support at all, do not understand what they want from them, do not say about everyone, but there are such individuals. Scholarships are offered no matter how large, after all, only a penny is paid for which a student cannot survive in Quebec by paying for a service hotel! Scholarship never comes on time, there are always problems of some kind...
