Poor service

I want to take out a loan from IT Bank to buy an apartment. I had money for a down payment of 60% of all the documents that were needed by the bank I delivered. The size of the salary is sufficient. For two months the bank thought, then refused. If not, tell me right away. I submitted the same documents to another bank, settled the loan in two weeks.
