Both applications were considered by some buyer hated belkovska! In short - 3 years ago I waited and "expected" a sofa 11 cm shorter than what was indicated on the optimus furniture website. It's good that I had made a screen, because they noticed it so quickly to fix it, but I didn't think that ever a buyer wouldn't be so clumsy and would provide... But!How do you think it helped? Pfff... It turns out, as everyone here writes, that when I sign the bill of lading, I automatically write off the opportunity to complain about something else... In short, I had to come and measure myself with a ruler! Well, I digested the fact that lying on an 11 cm narrower sofa, but this month's events with optimus furniture is no less impressive! I bought dub sonoma / white chests of drawers on the spot (not the cheapest). I also wanted to order a cabinet of the same color, but since the cabinet of my choice was not available in the store or in their warehouse, I ordered it right there in the store, paying a security deposit of 10%. The waiting time was promised up to 35 days. It is only logical that the purchased chest of drawers was taken home and assembled, because the product is already bought to use it instead of waiting another 35 days for the closet to arrive. After 3 weeks I expect a call from the store that the closet is here - I'm carrying the wings of the wind - happy and long, that finally all the clutter in the house will end, but here for you - the closet was big, the assembly dragged on until midnight. I, as chief foreman,lying on the same sofa, which is 11 cm narrower, in the last stage of assembling the cabinet I see that the doors and drawers of the cabinet are in a completely different white color than the chest of drawers! They are blue-white for the wardrobe, but warm, beige-white for the chest of drawers. Hello? Within a second, everything turned upside down, making me remember the epic I had already experienced with the couch. It is logical that the next working day I called the store and told about the situation... And there yes, yes, the info phone operator confirmed very agreeing that it is definitely a defect, all you have to do is write an application and you will come back without a little or... to the store with the same story. The seller either finally did not want to write an application, saying that this is the first time... Murminot that the chest of drawers is made in Poland, but the closet in another country and so on. A me which of it? Reconcile? Someone warned me that each product is made in a different country and that each country has its own understanding of white? No, did not warn! The manufacturer is not indicated next to the product descriptions on the website or in the store! And you know what text I received in the refusal from optimus furniture - as far as the furniture is already assembled, then there can be no question of changing it. Omfg! I didn't know that if I bought the product in this store, then I can't assemble it, because it may happen that after 3 weeks, when the cabinet will be sent, I will have to think about checking if both are the same white! Not to mention that there really has to be transferred every screw, dowels, rails, hinges, shelves, etc. , because once the cabinet was missing 1 drawer rail! Where is the logic? At the moment, I have written an application to ptac, because I was told by phone that assembled furniture, which has been found to be defective, cannot be a ground for refusing a complaint from Pty. optimus mebeles! I wanted to tell you everything briefly, but I got long! In short, a disgusting office with its attitude towards customers!
