On March 14, 2020, I ordered furniture in a store at 7a Neila Astras Street. I pay a partial prepayment. It was promised to deliver the goods within 3-4 weeks. Towards the end of the term, I called the store, where I was rudely told that such a term had never been promised that the furniture would be at the end of April. I called the store intensively all April and always got a promise to call back, but never called back. I went to the store until April 21 and it was said to me that when they saw that the product would be in Melbourne by April 25, we negotiated delivery to April 28 from 13:00 to 14:00. On April 28, I received a call from the store, I was told that the product had not arrived and the delivery would be on Thursday, April 31, there was no delivery on April 31, no one called, called the store, promised to call back, did not call back. On June 1, the same. 11 weeks after ordering (term was 4 weeks) I have no information whether I will receive the product at any time. sorry for the time I spent chilling, sorry for the prepayment.
