No Compensation
I went to an eye doctor. The price of the visit coincided with the price of the pre-vision correction test (according to the price list). Without checking anything, the refusal would cost on the grounds that it did not cover vision correction, although the visit was not related. Starting to explain why it doesn't cost, Ergo starts asking for additional documents on what was done. Why couldn't I say it for the first time (before the decision) or by phone? Communication is not pleasant (also by phone) :(
