Warranty Repair
I bought a EURONICSa computer from Toshiba. Worked for a year without any problems. One day it just doesn't turn on. I took it to the repair center that EURONICS asked for it. After a while, the master calls and says that the hard disk drive (HDD) needs to be replaced, and that it is warranty work and that they have ordered and installed a new one. After Christmas I get to know how I can go. Well, it's like a new hard drive, but no one will return the data to me and Windows won't! Either well. I bring the nearest center setting to Windows. But after a while it rings and says that the hard drive is NOT NEW. He has already worked 700 hours and the "dead sectors" are already appearing there. Calling back to Servicenet, there the master says that they have installed a NEW hard drive from the manufacturer and everything. You can turn wherever you want, but everythingsorry no time.
