I connected 100 Mb of optics for 24 months - first of all the speed is nowhere near the promised of course their internet speed meter shows stable on average 94 Mb down and 80 upload but the reality appears in normal speedometers at least http://www. speedtest. net/ and other 40 -50 Mb depending on when the mayor evenings more per day less. and I can't give up anymore - by calling 177 I kindly explained - the minimum guaranteed is 20 Mb... of course I don't use all the speed but I get such a fraud promises 100 but you get half as much.. better to go to a local company at least don't cheat on them 50 mb if there is then really showing around 40-50. in general, at least for me, Optus internet came as one big disappointment.
