Complaints & Reviews — Canadian Tire

what I saw was disgusting and I will be reposting it every week until I die. You guys should be ashamed of your conduct in this situation which could’ve been resolved differently. I will no longer be shopping at your establishment and will be spreading word of mouth the atrocities that were committed. I hope that poor... Read more➤

The viral video

I am disgusted from the viral video that I saw where your store managers assaulted, abused and attacked a customer. regardless if he was in the wrong, he showed no disrespect or harm or was threatening in any manner. people are tired of the store policies that are enforcing government “guidelines”. Why not take a more active... Read more➤

Access and exits

In recent months, I have visited Canadian Tire locations in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake and Rocky Mountain House. My issue with all of these locations is this: Numerous exits are being blocked off by gates, shelving, etc. It is my understanding that all of these exits are required fire exits by OHS legislation. With the numbers of... Read more➤
Update by user Nov 21, 2020 No resolution…loss after loss Original review posted by user Nov 21, 2020 Bought Several air matresses majority of them defective. Can only get an exchange for the same poor quality, substandard product. The manufacturers should not be allowed to sell these air mattresses if you have to keep bringing them back... Read more➤
On December 24 2019 I came in to purchase a product at Canadian Tire and had to deal with an employee who was very rude, when I asked for his name of course he wouldn't give it (plus he wore no name tag – his picture is attached for being the WORST employee in the building) When... Read more➤

Unfair prices

I do not recommend anyone to go to Grosauto - especially Board 2 2! I had a fuel leak problem with my car. Thinking that this is something not too grandiose, the decision to take the repair to Grosauto Board Street 2, which meets almost next to the workplace, would therefore be very comfortable to leave and after. take the car! After inspecting the machine, I received a call that the metal fuel tube had ruptured. The price he offered for the finished fuel tube was more than 400 USD, but it is likely that together with all the work it could cost 500 USD! In addition, he added that it is strictly forbidden to drive a car! I ask what are the other options - answer me, that there are no other options - the part costs so much and there is no possibility to prepare it in a different way. I feel like a complete SPACE - such an amount for some fuel tube! As much as I do as a woman, I realize that this is completely and completely inadequate! Of course, at this point the employee is getting very sick and angrily starts to tell me that he is not allowed to drive the car (at this point I feel like he is in a situation). because at the moment when I entered the problem was not great - even the profit did not form on the ground). I went to get the car and, of course, I was reminded again that it is strictly forbidden to drive! In the car, I started and got out to see what the problem would look like now - they were AUSMA! fuel vnk gas for sale. They had made my car REALLY IMMEDIATE. I towed the car to another service - there the guys showed that it was not the metal tube that was dead, but the plastic! The costs are incomparable! I paid 10 times less for repairs than it would have been Grosauto! DO NOT bring your car to Grosauto!
