Fraud, poor service, failure to provide information
26. In June, the customer's Rog Ranger Computer Bag invoice indicated that the product would be delivered within 10-12 working days. After a certain time, no one contacted me, I call myself. We agreed on delivery on July 4. After that, the delivery was postponed every week. After the 2nd move times I said to return the money. I filled out the money back form, which stated that it would be returned within 6-7 business days. Today is the 9th day, there is still no money. Communicate as much as the call itself, all the time the same response that the application passed to the accounts. After two months of waiting, neither the product has been delivered nor the money has been returned.This is called fraud.
