bank card

Greetings to ScandinavianBank customers! I would like to warn those who are waiting for the card to expire. I have expired the Open Card, the bank should have made the next card for 3 years. Everything seemed to be fine. But 1. the bank staff did not call and I did not ask if and what card to prepare for me (I found out that they have to call) 2. in my presence an employee tells tales at the receipt of the card. I went to Matthias fil. after the card, info sms was sent, I forgot that the card expires. In the branch I found out what card was already made for me... I ask the employee what exactly this card was made for me... as it is equivalent to the former one. According to my question or, then the employee did not have to call me and specify which card I want? The employee replied that the system was automatically making and blah blah blah. Later, through other employees of the same bank, I found out that the employees have to make a call... they can't make a card for themselves. And accordingly, I asked the employee if I could refuse the card, ... he had already made the card, in short, made me realize that I could not refuse. Of course, I also found out later that I could opt out and choose the most suitable card for myself. The employee also claimsto compare two cards with what has already been made for me and by the way... of course he highlighted only all the positives about the already made card, but some defaulted on the pros of the other card. Because I didn't have much time to scratch that day. Yeah... the bank "for the most part" imposes its services, the customer is no longer a priority. I understand that money is circulating in my account, etc... but I can't act very harshly. OR just the employee was not in the mood to call. And what is it in style... the customer already has to wait in the waiting room when my number is not called yet... do not know where the employee with the buns will return, but it did not look attractive... and v To address me and collect as a customer..he was not the only employee on the 2nd floor, the others were free. Now it's easy to PIZDEC with this bank!
