Why give a phone number for notes if it can't even call the receptionist... you can call for hours and to no avail! Even today I wanted to see a specialist - send me from one office to another, then to the reception. How unkind of those ladies at the reception! So sharp and bluntly responsible, even in a tone when the patient has to feel guilty about something! In my opinion, even the owner does not talk to his dog about the way the receptionists respond to patients here!Maybe you should make a meeting for the polyclinic staff and explain at least the minimum and basic ethics, courtesy norms, as well as give a little insight into how to work with people! And remind that their salary is made up of taxpayers' money! So are the same patients! You pay a salary from the taxes we pay, but you don't understand how to do your job professionally and to all standards?!
