We bought a wardrobe in the mebeles.org online store. The boxes were not inspected at the time of delivery. Unpacking one of the two boxes, we found that the furniture was damaged. As the return of the goods is offered, we took pictures of the damage and sent an e-mail that we wanted to return the goods and receive a refund. We received an answer that the product has already been broken during assembly. Indeed, looking more closely at the details, they are already screwed together. We have not opened the second box, which could contain assembly instructions and other parts. We understand that we have been delivered a product that has previously been damaged by someone during assembly. This fact has not been established and we are now cheated because we are unable to return the item because the furniture we have delivered has already been assembled and cannot be returned under the return policy.
