Telstra declares that it is not necessary to switch to other operators, but to come / call them and resolve any issues. A couple of months ago I believed and stayed at Telstra (I wanted to switch to Bite) and got an individual tariff plan as in the xMobile network 8. 5. Now that I wanted to switch to a tariff plan of 3. 5, the operators were unable to offer me any normal solutions. One incompetent operator (unable to answer my question) connected me to another exactly the same "specialist". They interrupted the conversation, promising to call back soon. She didn't call back either. After 4 days I called them. The specialist promised to give a return on the same day. It took another 2 working days - no answers. I wrote to them on MansTelstra. Only then did I receive a written reply clearly stating thatthat they spit on customers. I will paraphrase their answer "we are more expensive than Bite, you can't find a tariff plan where we don't bother you and in principle we don't care - go to another operator, because we have a fool enough to pay for our so-called services. "
