I am simply shocked by the work of our national post office. Relatives from Russia send me packages with sweets and clothes. But the packages go only to the Australian border and then mysteriously disappear. Four sachets have disappeared in 2 years. Where can I go to find out where my packages are missing? mail tells me all the time that nothing can help.
