On January 11 of this year I called the online store Tehnoline.ca and the consultant informed that the product of my choice is in stock I will receive it within 3 working days, ie on January 15 of this year. I paid immediately on January 11. I called on January 15, when I can pick up the product, and informed that the delivery was delayed and will be on January 17. To my question, how can delivery be delayed if the product is in your warehouse - to which the consultant said that the product is not in stock. When I called on the 17th, the consultant mentioned that the delivery was delayed and the product will be received on Tuesday, January 22. However, when I called on January 22, the delivery was delayed again and indicated that it will be on January 25. I wrote an application for a refund and sent it to the store, but the accountant was not contacted and the money will be returned within 14 days.If I do not receive the money within these 14 days, I have prepared an application to the State Police and the CRPC. Please do not shop at this store - it is a scam!
