Poor service, fraud
I ordered the mattress, delivery should take up to 2-3 weeks. I waited 1. 5 months, but it turns out that I will have to wait another year! As long as I can take a vacation because they work on holidays and after 18 do not want and do not work! Can only be delivered during working hours and weekdays! Madness! Probably only for pensioners and the unemployed? Only can they buy anything at all? I haven't received such bad service anywhere yet! All the stores are working, the customer service areas are both working and trying to adapt, but it turns out that no one wants to work here. that no one wants or will not work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on working days after 18 said that delivery can only be made at 16! In the meantime, I could buy elsewhere,both deliver 10 times already! I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this institution, ie non-services, because there are no services! I work in 2 places, but here it turns out no one works, only gets money for nothing. The most disgusting service possible - you don't know how long to wait from the beginning, but then you don't deliver without any apologies for waiting.
