Strange rules

Mesa Regal is increasing our yearly lot rent by $400.00 for the 2020/2021 season. This is more then a 5% increase when the growth rate [GDP] for the US is estimated to be -4.8% for the year! Where is the rational in that?

I believe Cal Am is using the Covid 19 as an excuse to save money during. They are providing notthing for the residents.
