I will never buy anything from Telstra. They can't even change things like a cell phone case because they don't have a check. I no longer ask for a refund, but exchange for another at the same price. And it was called "customer service". It seems that the girl is sitting there for beauty, because she does not know that different sizes of wallets are available for the same price!
