Fraud

I was cheated, I ordered a product from 110.shop, on whose website the product name and description was one, but I received the product completely different . They refuse to return the money for the product. I had ordered the perfume, where instead of the name it was written on the 110.shop website "perfume water", then to make sure I called the 110.shop phone number, where the operator, reviewing my shipment according to my order number, confirmed that it is "perfume water", but I received "perfume deodorant", so I am disappointed that 110.shop service does not offer a solution. Thanks.
