Employee's inhuman treatment of a client with diabetes
On the afternoon of June 26, 2017, we 5 girls attended the above-mentioned NB billiards club to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately this club, or a very "kind" and "oncoming" employee of this institution (If the memory is not disappointed, named Dennis. do we know? The answer will follow. ) Arriving at the club itself was not very pleasant on the part of the staff - no seemingly normal greeting phrase, spoke to us as if we were not potential customers, but backyard jade. Well, a bad day for a person to do, but it should not affect the quality of work. Since we came from the pizzeria and, unable to eat everything we ordered, we had taken a box of pizza with us, without even threatening to convict the contents of the billiard club, but the nice employee "kindly asked" us to throw away the box with all the contents, because it did not comply with internal rules. Okay, I agree, BUT we weren't going to eat! We even asked if it was possible to put the pizza behind him while we were playing, or to put it in a bag, because how kindly NB employees could know which customer has food in the bag, who doesn't, but no, rules, sees, video surveillance cameras, etc.... I hope, that these cameras also recorded that the above employee (the following really happened, I know, sounds strange, but such people with such peculiar habits really work in the customer service industry. I do not know what the employee's favorite rules say about it?!) he touched his shirt and abdomen with his hand all the time during the conversation, thus stripping it and showing us abdominal hair). We finally got to the table with my teeth, of course the attitude was just disgusting, but we didn't manage to finish the second batch when this employee came again and said that we had to pay and leave because we have WATER on the table. "It is forbidden to bring drinks". Okay, I understand, but does the fact that one of us is a diabetic with a disability certificate have nothing to do with it? (Later I consulted a lawyer, affects both) Water can be brought everywhere, just not in the billiard room, even if you are sick, because, you see, they are only interested in wiping our money. When we informed the employee about the patient and his rights, nothing changed. Gave to read the rules - I read. When I asked for the rules that the institution and staff had to follow in order for the whole event to be legal, I was given to read the same visitors' rule sheet again. Of course, we left, we will hardly return to this club so soon, because we, as self-respecting people, do not intend to allow such employees to be treated. Maybe a poor guy had a bad day, but I don't care, because if you're at work, you work so that your customers are happy and your salary is well deserved. This behavior, talking and caressing your body when talking to customers is simply disgusting!
