Terrible attitude
Terrible service. There used to be some level, now not. Prices raised inadequate, for some colored pages 6 AU$ is requested. You have to stand in line and wait outside on the island, because you can't go inside, you can only copy with the help of the service staff. Some kind of hook. I won't go there anymore. It is not normal to line up and stand on the island for 30 minutes. What an attitude.
